The 9th International Conference on Management was held at Szent István University, in Gödöllő on 13-14 June2019. We registered to the conference with two presentations.
AnikóKovács delivered a presentation related to a survey on kitchen worker’s knowledge with special regard to traceability and cross-contamination. The researchcast light on the fact that food safety knowledge of kitchen workers is in certain caseshigher than that of catering managers dealing mostly with administrative issues.
The presentation of Dr. András Bittsánszky reported on the results gained by a survey carried out in different canteens. The survey focused on the investigation of hygiene by microbiological methods.The importance of these results in catering management was also emphasized.
