In the Food Control Group, we carry out research, development, innovation and provide services related to the food chain. Through our effort we would like to contribute to ensuring safe and high-quality food for all customers. Our activities range from scientific research through innovation to market-based services. We are present also in the fields of scientific research, development of instruments and products, innovations related to the food chain and market-based services. The members of Food Control Group are Indere Non-profit Ltd., SoReCa Ltd. and KAP-IN-FOOD Ltd.

Introduction:
Having graduated from Pannon University in Veszprém– Faculty of Business and Economics as MBA, I have more than 15 years experiences in the field of public catering as day-to-day participant in the processes related to this sector. In our country several ideas and a great number of initiatives have been launched aiming at the quality improvement in children’s catering, but limited research works deal with the investigation and insuring conditions related to food safety and management in a narrow sense. Together with AndrásBittsánszky we founded InDeRe Research Institute in the best possible moment, since the system and legal environment in catering was/is definitely changing and this provides a suitable medium for carrying out scientific projects..

Introduction:
I started to deal with research work during my university student’s years and since then continue it with undiminished energy. I search the genetic and physiological reactions of plants for different stress impacts and develop plants which can grow and develop also under extreme circumstances, respectively. With my research work I am focusing on the development of agricultural production, which is the first step to get safe and good quality foods on our tables. Our research projects carried out in InDeRe Institute are aimed at the examination of meals being on our tables and the way how they got there. In Hungary advantageous changes launched in the field of public catering recent years. We intend to provide scientific support to these processes. .
